Refund policy

We accept returns only for unused and unopened perfume products. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as delivered.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 3 to 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and quality standards of perfumes.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a few working days.
